Communications: We store your email address to send transactional emails (OTP codes, subscription confirmations, feature updates). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) send transactional and marketing emails; (d) prevent fraud and enforce usage limits; (e) comply with legal obligations; (f) analyse usage patterns to improve the product.

Resend — for email delivery. Governed by Resend's Privacy Policy.

AI Provider — your query inputs (passport country, destination, purpose) are sent to our AI provider to generate visa information. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. payment records for tax purposes, retained for 7 years).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time.
