VISA CHECKER is an AI-powered visa intelligence platform that provides information about visa requirements, travel documents, embassy locations, and related travel information. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

Important: All visa information provided by VISA CHECKER is generated by artificial intelligence and sourced from publicly available data. This information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Visa requirements change frequently and without notice.

You are solely responsible for verifying all visa requirements directly with the official embassy, consulate, or government immigration authority of your destination country before making any travel arrangements. VISA CHECKER accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from reliance on information provided through the Service.

Free Tier: New users receive 2 free visa checks on the day their account is created. Free checks expire at midnight (UTC) on the day of account creation and cannot be carried over.

Pro Subscription: Access to all features requires a paid subscription at $7.99/month or $60/year. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures attributable to VISA CHECKER. Contact us via WhatsApp at +19298992876 within 7 days of the charge to request a refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use the Service for commercial resale purposes.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent free-tier limits through multiple accounts or IP manipulation; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's content or data; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or data sources; (e) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by VISA CHECKER and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Service uses third-party providers including Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email delivery. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. VISA CHECKER is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VISA CHECKER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
